Our Demands
1. Remove
The removal of President Donald J. Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and all members of Trump’s cabinet from January 20th, 2025 onward, from the federal government of the United States
1.1 Remove Trump
- The impeachment and conviction of Donald J. Trump by the United States Congress
1.2 Remove Vance
- The impeachment and conviction of James D. Vance by the United States Congress
1.3 Remove Elon Musk
- The removal of Elon Musk from government and the opening or relaunching of criminal investigations against him and his companies
2. Reverse
2.1 Reverse Executive Orders
- The immediate reversal of all executive orders and presidential proclamations issued by the executive branch since January 20th, 2025, to the closest state from before the same day
- The complete rollback of actions affiliated with Project 2025 and the blacklisting of its authors from worldwide politics
2.2 Reverse illegal firing of federal employees
- The immediate reinstatement of all federal government employees terminated by the Trump administration, D.O.G.E, and related entities
- Reinstate (if they wish) those who resigned due to the Trump Administration’s policies and actions
2.3 Reverse all of D.O.G.E. activities
- The disbanding of the Department of Government Efficiency, or D.O.G.E., and the removal of all its members from federal government agencies in the United States
- Conduct an investigation and audit of all government systems to determine the extent of damage by the data breaches and strengthen those systems
- Reverse any changes to Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security
3. Reclaim
3.1 Tax the top 1%
- Close any remaining financial loopholes that benefit the 1%.
- Abolish any government subsidies that benefit the mega-corporations
- Implement Progressive Tax Structure that forces billionaires and mega-corporations to pay their fair share on income tax, corporate tax, capital gains tax, etc.
3.2 Break Up Monopolies
- Restore & Expand the Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts
- Modernize and strengthen federal antitrust laws to explicitly target Big Tech, media conglomerates, and fossil fuel monopolies
- Enforce mandatory divestitures, forcing companies to split into independent entities that can no longer dominate industries
- Get corporate interests out of essential services by publicly funding prisons, energy, Medicare-for-all and other infrastructure
3.3 Reclaim Rights for Workers:
- Raise the minimum wage to $20+
- Require minimum wage to be indexed to inflation
- Pass the Protecting the Rights to Organize (PRO) Act
- Ban Right-to-Work laws
4. Restore (Fix our Democracy)
4.1 End Corruption in the Supreme Court
- Term/Age limits
- Ethics Code for Supreme Court Justices (Establish independent review board for violations, mandatory financial disclosures); apply retroactively to all current Supreme Court justices
- Expand the Supreme Court
- Pass the Ban Conflicted Trading Act for Elected Representatives, Political Appointees, and the Supreme Court Justices
- The immediate impeachment and conviction of Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito for bribery
4.2 Make Our Elections Fair
- The immediate passing and enaction of the Freedom to Vote Act, aimed at improving access to voting, enhancing election integrity, and protecting American democracy from emerging threats.
- Ranked Choice Voting
- National Election Day Holiday
- Create the Voting Integrity Agency (VIA)
- Independent District Drawing Boards
- Voting Process Audits
- Investigate politician corruption
- Establish new House seats after census
- Strengthen Cybersecurity for elections
- Abolish the Electoral College
- National Popular Vote Interstate Compact
4.3 End Citizens United
- The immediate overturn and superseding of Citizens United by a congressional law.
5. Reform (Protect Personal Liberty)
5.1 Pass the Equality Act
- Codify LGBTQ+ protections
- Ban Discrimination in facilities, education, federal funding, employment, housing, credit, and the jury system
5.2 Certify the Equal Rights Amendment
- Congress acts to waive the deadline for ratification
5.3 Pass the Digital Bill of Rights
- Protects encryption
- Data privacy
- Net neutrality
- Bans facial recognition surveillance
- Ban corporate surveillance & regulate data collection practices
5.4 Pass the Reproductive Freedom for All Act
- Codify Roe v. Wade
- Codify Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey
